Generally, a 5 page static website will run at $2,000.

A 10 page static website will be priced at $4,000.

Any additional pages will cost $300. That includes designing and building.

For custom work, the price of each project is based on a case-by-case basis. The scope of the project and functionality to hook up for you will determine the final price. A small one page portfolio for a photographer will not be as involved as a website with many pages and products for sale, for example. We will work closely with you and you will have a very clear and accurate price once we have went through everything you need.

If your 5 page website has to include a lot of extra functionality, then the price will be more in order to implement.

Creating a logo will cost $250.

Creating an entire brand will cost $1,500. That includes everything in the Brand Creation section of our Services Page

Please note that it is expected that there will be a degree of brand creation if you hire us for your website. That is included in the price of building the website. However if you want a comprehensive brand built out for your website, additional costs associated with brand creation will apply.

The initial consultation and estimate is free. We will NEVER charge you for informing you on how much the whole project will cost. You will receive a quote from us after we gather all the information we need from you regarding your vision for your project. If you decide that the price is over your budget, then we can further discuss options for reducing the overall scope of the project, while still creating a fantastic online presence for your business. You will then receive a second quote at a reduced price within your budget.

If you decide to go with us, then you will receive a written agreement through email. This agreement will go over everything we discussed with you on your vision, detailing what we will do for you and what you can expect from your payment.

Once you have carefully read the agreement and decided to go ahead, you will then pay a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This deposit will cover registering your domain name, initial hosting, and any other incidental services we may have to pay for to hook up to your website. Please note: PAYING THIS DEPOSIT IS CONSIDERED YOUR SIGNATURE ON THE AGREEMENT AND IS CONSIDERED CONSENT TO BEGIN THE PROJECT.

Once you have seen the build of the website and are satisfied with how it looks and all revisions are made, you will then pay the remainder of the outstanding invoice. The remainder will be the final agreed upon price MINUS the deposit. For example, if the total price of the project was $2,000, then you will pay $1,500 upon completion of the project. Once paid, your domain will be hooked up and your website will be live!

If you cannot pay the amount in full upon delivery of your website, you have an option to pay in monthly installments.

Before an agreement is created, you will be given an estimate of the final price of the project. That price will be the same price written down on the agreement. There are no hidden fees, surprise costs, or add-on costs once the agreement is signed. Nor will there be additional costs added onto your remaining outstanding invoice at the end. The price on the agreement will be exactly the total amount you will pay once the work described on the agreement is completed.

The ONLY reason for additional costs, if any, will be if you decide to add on additional functionality and pages to your website that have NOT been described in the agreement you signed. If you decide on more additions to your site at any point during the process or right before delivery, then a new agreement will be created for you to sign.

We will schedule an initial consultation. During the consultation, you will be asked many questions regarding details on what your vision will be for your website. Try to be as thorough as you can! Some people do not have a clear idea on what they would like in their website's design. We can help you with that by providing example websites for you to pick from, then we can make changes from there.

Questions will range from how you want your site to look, to what kind of user experience/functionality you desire, and to what tools you want to aid your business.

There is no time limit on the consultation. We want you to be absolutely sure and confident in what you have communicated to us!

Once we have a clear picture of what you want for your website, we will send you an estimate with how much the project will cost within 24 hours. We will reach out however you'd like. Phone call, email, or text. We are going to give you a price. No agreement is attached yet.

If the price is not within your budget, then we will work with you on reducing the scope of your project to bring the cost down, while still building you a beautiful website. We will then come back with another price for you to review.

A note on the price you receive: The number you are given is the FINAL PRICE TO BUILD THE WEBSITE. There are NEVER any hidden fees or surprise costs. What you see is what you get. If we say that the project is going to cost $1,500 - then $1,500 is what you will pay.

This final price will include 1 year of domain registration and 1 year of hosting. After that, you will pay the domain and hosting renewal fee to maintain your website. We will set you up with a domain registrar and the hosting provider. Hosting will cost $49/year and domain renewal usually will cost around $15/year. You will be informed of these costs ahead of time.

Once you have agreed to the estimated price, we will then come back with a written agreement within 24 hours.

Make sure to read the entire agreement CAREFULLY. If you have any questions on any part of the agreement, don't hesitate to reach out.

The written agreement will look similar to something you sign when hiring a carpenter or general contractor. It will outline everything we will do on our end, and it will outline what you will pay.

Once you have read over the agreement, you will then let us know that everything is good!

Once we get the ok from you, we will then ask you to pay the initial deposit. The initial deposit is $500 and will cover everything from hosting fees, domain registration fees, initial work done, and other possible incidental costs for services we may use for certain functionalities on your website.

The initial deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE

PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT THE INITIAL DEPOSIT IS CONSIDERED YOUR CONSENT TO BEGIN THE PROJECT AND YOUR SIGNATURE ON THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT.

Please note that the initial deposit is INCLUDED in the final price. For example: if we tell you that the final price is $1,500, then the price you pay at the end of the project will be $1,000.

When paying the deposit, you pay through our website. We use Paypal. Under the "Pay" page, you click the Paypal "Buy Now" button which looks like this:

Once you have paid and we have received the payment, we will then begin your project! All you have to do is wait! We will give you a heads up when we are nearing completion.

We will send you a beta build to look at on desktop and mobile. You will look it over and recommend any changes to make if need be. You may ask for as many revisions as you like! This is your website and should look exactly as you want it! We will continue to work closely with you to get it down to your exact specifications.

Once you have approved the build we sent, you will then be sent a link to a unique page on our website to pay the remaining price of the project. You will pay through Paypal using the "Buy Now" button.

All done! Once we have received the final payment, we will hook up your domain and your website will be live!

Any small changes you want to make after the fact are FREE. For example: if you want to add more gallery images or add more text to a page.

For websites that will see changes happening often to them, such as blogs or e-commerce sites, we will set you up with the tools necessary to be able to make the changes yourself. Otherwise, you may reach out at any time to request changes.
